Volunteers are a vital part of the success of Tennessee Craft fairs each spring and fall. We need approximately 75 volunteers at this fair to best support our exhibiting artists. Volunteers should be 18 years of age to volunteer alone; if you are under 18 and would like to volunteer, please have a parent or guardian email us.

Breakfast Team
Kickstart the day by serving breakfast to artists at the craft fair! Help set up, distribute food and drinks, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Join this essential team to fuel creativity and connection in the morning hours. A great way to start the day with purpose!

Artist Ambassador
Support talented artists behind the scenes! Help providing breaks, assist with supplies, and ensure a smooth experience for exhibitors. Be a key part of the creative process while gaining a unique, up-close look at the craft fair. Join us in making this event a success.

Artist Support Team (Load in volunteers)
Join our Artist Support Team and help make the craft fair a success! As a volunteer, you’ll assist artists with unloading, setting up booths, and organizing displays. Your support ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for both vendors and visitors. If you love art, teamwork, and making a difference, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved!

Load-Out Team Volunteers Sunday
Help artists pack up and load out at the end of the craft fair! Assist with booth breakdown, carrying supplies, and ensuring a smooth, efficient departure. Your support will make a big difference after a long event. Join this hardworking team and end the fair on a high note!

Park Clean Up
This is the up early, coffee and doughnuts team! It’s the fine-tuning – leave it better than you found it task of the Fair, because Tennessee Craft loves Centennial Park and The Conservancy!! Please join us, to help clean up the final bits of litter, debris, left behind after the fair on the park grounds. We are proud to leave the park as good and better than when we arrived!
