Event Details:
Kathryn will be working with both metals and fibers to create jewelry. The demo will show metal taken from raw materials, to finished earrings or bracelets. Demo will include use of the jeweler’s saw to cut out a design. Felting will be a fun part of the demo. Both wet felting and needle felting will be demonstrated. The wool is soft and colorful and irresistible to even the shyest observer. Small felted brooches can be finished quickly.
