Artist Statement
I’m an East Tennessee-based artist who loves to explore the beauty of nature through my abstract florals and animal portraits. With a background in literature, I find inspiration in the written word and often incorporate it into my pieces. My preferred mediums are acrylics and mixed media, allowing me to experiment with texture and create unique pieces that are full of depth and movement. I'm constantly playing with different color palettes to convey the emotions and energy of the natural world. It's my goal to bring a sense of joy and connection to viewers through my artwork.
