My name is Lane Dye and I am a ceramic artist based out of East Nashville, hailing from Richmond, Virginia. My specialty is functional ware, with a focus on pieces that can become part of one’s everyday and cherished for a lifetime. At Make Nashville, a nonprofit maker-space, you can find me creating both on- and -off the pottery wheel. There, I’ve found a community of artists to whom I owe so much of my inspiration.
