Artist Statement
I am a mixed media artist living in middle tenn with a current interest in bookbinding, altered books, sculptural books and papermaking. With a fine arts degree and background In miniature art and sculpture, my work at this point seeks to explore the connection between our natural environment and spiritual world. I incorporate found objects, naturally collected pigments and materials and a touch of whimsy in my books and papers.
