I began working with leather in 2009, mainly to make myself a belt. I found I really enjoyed working with leather. So, I began making other things. I gradually progressed to making purses and totes, along with wallets clutches and pretty much anything I am inspired to create. I design, cut and assemble all my items by myself. All of my tooling is done by hand; nothing is ever embossed. I hand stitch all my wallets and purses. My method of stitching is a saddle stitch. My totes are machine sewn. I use various types of leather. Vegetable tanned leather for all my hand tooled items. I use oil tanned and chrome tanned leather for all of my totes
