Artist Statement
Mindy is originally from Atlanta, GA and has been in Chattanooga, TN for more than a decade. Exploring and creating has led Mindy on a path of experimentation of different art forms and media. Mindy is a (mostly) self taught artist who has a weakness for new shiny art supplies and playing with new techniques. She uses collage and mixed media in whimsical ways to examine her relationship to beauty and culture.
