47th Annual Meriwether Lewis Juried Arts and Crafts Fair is held the second full weekend in October every year. The fair is held at Riverwalk Park, just 2 blocks north of downtown Columbia, TN.
The purpose of the fair is to provide a place for local and regional craftsmen and artists to demonstrate, display and sell their handiwork – from pottery to quilts, stained glass to woodworks, leather to oil paintings, and photography to ironworks. Many artists take the opportunity to have demonstration areas to show work as it is being created. Live music will be performed throughout the event each day and many delicious foods will be available. Come out and enjoy shopping, music and have a corn dog, funnel cake, ribbon fries, kettle corn or some homemade fudge and don’t forget to enjoy the sweet tea! Admission is free! Parking is free! We are pet and family friendly.
