Meriwether Lewis Arts and Crafts Fair
The purpose of the Maury Count Arts Guild’s Meriwether Lewis Arts and Crafts Show is to provide local and regional artists, craftsmen, artisans, and vendors with an opportunity to create, exhibit, and merchandise their hand-made arts and crafts in a setting conducive to the hand-made crafts of yesteryear.October 14th, 2017 through October 15th, 2017

Crafts of all sizes, types and styles are encouraged. Special attention and free additional space will be given to applicants that demonstrate their craft on-site and that reflect the heritage and nature of the early Pioneers of this region. Type of Festival: This is an annual juried Arts and Crafts Show, showcasing heritage, handcrafted products by local craftsmen. Craftsmen/vendors will be chosen through a competitive application process. Applications are open to all qualifying artisans and craftsmen wishing to apply. Folk and Pioneer type crafts are given higher preference. Contemporary arts and crafts are allowed, but must be original in design and meet the standards and criteria outlined in this application booklet. Standards: For many years, the dedication of the Maury County Arts Guild and the Meriwether Lewis Arts and Crafts Show, to quality, original, hand-made Arts and Crafts, has been very successful. The standards and criteria set forth in out show have been established in maintain only the highest quality Arts and Crafts. The standards, criteria, and rules contained in the booklet have been designed for the protection of every craftsmen, artisan, or vendor and are non-negotiable.
