Event Details:
Tri-State Basketry Guild, based in Blountville TN, will display contemporary baskets made by members. The baskets include both functional and artistic vessels. Members will demonstrate basket weaving techniques. Visitors will be invited to weave a row or two on a large chairside basket which has capacity to hold a small blanket or quilt. Upon completion, a random drawing will be held; the winner will be one of the Center’s employees.
